Cancellation and returns
You have 30 calendar days after delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason.

Complete the form and confirm. We will immediately email you an acknowledgement containing your request and the date and time it was submitted.
How long you have
By law, you have 14 calendar days after receiving the product to cancel. We extend this to 30 days on the same terms. If your order contains several products delivered separately, the period begins when the last item arrives.
How it works
- Tell us Using the form above, by email to alinexus@proton.me or with the model form on this page. You only need to contact us within the cancellation period.
- We arrange the return We will explain how the product will be collected and the applicable cost for your area.
- We inspect it We check that the returned product is complete and assess its condition.
- We refund you Using the original payment method, within 14 calendar days of your cancellation notice. We may wait until we receive the product or you provide evidence of having sent it back.

Fridges are bulky and cannot normally be returned by standard post, so we tell you these costs in advance. You bear this cost if you change your mind. If your product arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, you will not be charged: the statutory warranty .
What we refund
The product price and the original delivery costs, except for any extra charge if you chose a more expensive delivery option than standard delivery.
The condition of returned goods
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Return it clean and empty, with its accessories and documents and, where possible, its packaging. If its value has fallen because you used it beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for that loss of value.
When cancellation does not apply
The right of cancellation is for consumers. It does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to other cases excluded by law.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to give a reason?
No. Telling us can help us improve, but it is not required.
What if I have already installed it?
You can still cancel within the period. You would only be responsible for a reduction in value if you used it more than necessary to inspect it.
What if it arrives damaged?
This is a warranty issue rather than an ordinary return. Take photos, tell us as soon as possible and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
Do I lose my rights without the packaging?
No, although suitable packaging helps protect the product during return transport.
