What you can request

  1. Repair or replacement You can choose unless an option is impossible or disproportionate. It is free of charge, including transport, labour and materials, and must be completed within a reasonable period.
  2. Price reduction or cancellation If repair or replacement is impossible, is not carried out within a reasonable time or does not resolve the issue, you may request a price reduction or, unless the defect is minor, cancel the contract and receive your money back.

How to make a claim

Manufacturer warranties

Some manufacturers provide an additional commercial warranty. If a model includes one, we state this on its product page. It never replaces or reduces the statutory warranty.

What is not covered

The warranty covers lack of conformity, not damage caused by incorrect installation contrary to the instructions, misuse, impacts after delivery or normal wear and tear.
